For Referrers

We are always happy to discuss patient care with our general practice or eye care colleagues and provide emergency phone advice when required.

Please note that as part of our commitment to patient care, appointments for urgent problems are always available at short notice or even after hours.

This commitment extends to the assessment, investigation, and treatment of neovascular age-related macular degeneration on the same day the referral is received.

Please do not hesitate to contact our staff who will be happy to help.

Urgent Referrals

If your patient has a problem you feel requires quick attention, we are very happy to accommodate them for you.

If you wish to have a patient seen the same day, we ask you to please phone the practice and speak to one of our staff to let us know they are coming, or else speak directly to either Dr Reddie.

If nobody is immediately available, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.

Non Urgent Referrals

If your patient has a problem that is non-urgent, please post, fax, or email your referral to us.

Your referral will be reviewed by our staff, and an appointment will be offered within a clinically appropriate timeframe.
